Paying privately for therapy gives you greater privacy and flexibility. Insurance companies require certain information about you and your treatment in order to cover your sessions, such as requiring a diagnosis and having access to notes if they perform an audit to ensure medical necessity for therapy. Insurance companies can also limit the frequency or length of sessions.

Paying privately means sensitive information will remain confidential and will not be a part of your medical record, and allows us to create a treatment plan without restrictions.

I am not in-network with any insurance companies, but you can ask your insurance provider if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. If it does, I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance provider in order to be reimbursed for a portion of the session cost.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required.

The full session fee will be charged for cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours of the session.
NOTICE: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for the expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
